TAHOE DONNER MOUNTAIN HOME
TRUCKEE, CALIFORNIA


This is our second renovation of this Tahoe Donner home as it has officially become the
winter home for our clients, after leaving San Francisco for the mountain life. We worked with
MTA to reconfigure the existing great room and kitchen to make it a proper chef’s kitchen
with more room to gather and added the full height slate fireplace where a small set of
sliding doors used to be. In addition, MTA created a larger side deck and hot tub area and
reconfigured the master suite to include a home office, Peloton station and more efficient bathroom layout.


We brought in durable, high-quality, natural custom finishes, vintage rugs and furnishings
built for comfort, large gatherings, heavy use and winter weather without the worry.
