A young couple found a magnificent Queen Anne Victorian in San Francisco’s Haight Ashbury neighborhood, custom built by renowned builder, John Stierlen in 1895, that was one day going to be home to their family with a few renovations along the way, as their family grew.

Chefs Laura and Sayat Ozyilmaz, whose impressive pedigrees include Saison, Mourad, Eleven Madison Park, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns were approached by John Litz (co-founder and partner of two Michelin star Lazy Bear) after he experienced their often sold-out pop-up Istanbul Modern.
RUSSIAN HILL RESIDENCE
When his company moved their main headquarters from NYC to San Francisco, the CEO and President of a leading fortune 500 company purchased a flat in one of Russian Hill’s most prestigious buildings by Willis Polk & Company, built in 1927.

The top floor of this waterfront Marina residence, with sweeping bay views of Marin and the Golden Gate, houses the Ocean Retreat Bedroom that won the 2019 Designer of Distinction Award for Creative Spaces.
HAMPTONS ESTATE
This expansive luxury estate, nestled in a small hamlet in the Hamptons, was formerly a hunting lodge and then private residence built by Alonzo Reed in the 1890’s.
MISSION BAY PENTHOUSE
This lovely family of five secured the penthouse just before the developer put in the finishes, so we were able to customize just about everything. It was a full gut and remodel, adding a third bathroom, home office and media room.

This was the second project for this very special couple, who have an impressive real estate collection and natural ability to renovate properties. Eden and her team brought in custom finishes and furnishings throughout to create a naturally luxurious and designs to be touched environment for her client’s San Francisco pied-a-terre.
DONNER LAKEFRONT RESIDENCE
This was a ground up new build, where we worked with Hood Thomas Architects from the beginning to make sure this house had everything this family needed to have maximum enjoyment, functionality and comfort, during all four seasons for this lakefront, four-season Tahoe home.
MENLO PARK VICTORIAN
With carefully selected custom materials, finishes and furnishings, we remodeled and decorated this rare 1920’s Victorian gem in West Menlo Park for this active family of four.
